✅ 1. Class Scheduling
Classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
The student is responsible for selecting a suitable time from the available calendar.
The schedule is shown in [your current city’s time zone, e.g., Bogotá
🔁 2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a class up to 12 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
❌ 3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule or receive a refund (if applicable).
If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
If I need to cancel a class for personal reasons, I will offer either a reschedule or a refund, as you prefer.
⏰ 4. No-shows
If the student does not show up within the first 15 minutes, the class will be marked as missed and will not be refundable or reschedulable.
